Our story
VeriMedic was started by the people who answer the call — practicing paramedics, an EMS medical director, and a data architect who spent too many shifts watching good care get lost in the paperwork that came after it.
We make CaseSync, a body-camera and software platform built for EMS. CaseSync syncs body-camera video, monitor data, and CAD onto one timeline, drafts pre-filled NEMSIS fields from what actually happened on the call, and pushes them into the ePCR your agency already uses. Crews confirm the record instead of reconstructing it, and medical directors review protocol-graded calls against objective ground truth.
Why we built it
EMS has spent years making do with tools handed down from other industries — body cameras built for law enforcement, software built for billing, documentation that fights the way crews actually work. We thought EMS deserved technology designed for EMS from the ground up.
So we built VeriMedic to do one thing well: turn the ground truth of the call into a better record and better review, without asking paramedics to type more or learn a new system. If it doesn't help the crew take better care of the patient in front of them, it doesn't belong in our platform.
