Getting CaseSync ready for pilot
CaseSync isn’t generally available yet — there are no GA versions to report. We’re heads-down preparing for our first agency pilots.
Once pilots begin, this page will track every customer-facing change: new capabilities, workflow improvements, hardware updates, and fixes — written in plain language for the EMS leaders and crews who use CaseSync every day.
